Alexia was born in Athens,Greece. A graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki-Greece (School of fine Arts) She lives and works as a Jewelry designer-artist in Athens since 1997. A family Jewelry studio that counts more than 40 years presence in the Jewelry world has been her first inspiration that led her to learn the technique of the traditional Greek Jewelry.She loves travelling,art,animals and nature as well as the eternal Greek Light.


Projects
2001- Small sculpture as an award to the distinguished writer and journalist of “The New York Times” Nikos Kantzogiannis, for his contribution to the Greek region of Thesprotia.


2000- Small sculpture, offered as a gift to the Prime Minister of Greece Georgios Papandreou and the Prime Minister of Turkey Ismail Cem, in the context of the Greek-Turkish friendship and peace.


2000- Small sculpture decorate work of the architect D. Talaganis, award offered at The International High Jump Meeting (golden kotinos)


1999- Small sculpture decorate the “Disc of Truce”, created by the architect-painter D.Talaganis, offered as a gift to the President of the USA Bill Klinton upon his arrival in Athens by the Greek Olympic Gold –medal winner Voula Patoulidou. The same piece of art was offered to the King of Spain Juan Carlos.

She cooperates with retail shops in Greece and abroad, as well as with museums and galleries.
